Breathwork and Guided Intimacy Journeys

With either modality, the goal is connection and increasing your feelings of vitality

Guided Intimacy Journey

Sheri’s work is about exploring the deeper meaning of intimacy (beyond the usual association with sex) with oneself and in relationship to expand our imagination, creativity and capacity for joyful connection.

What is an intimacy journey?

Intimacy journeys consist of 3 sessions: a 30-minute phone call to assess goals/intentions, an in-person session (either 90 minutes or 180 minutes), and a 30-minute integration phone call. The in-person session utilizes touch, breath, and presence/eye contact. There is no explicit sexual contact in terms of the physical realm (I lovingly hold these boundaries for us), though the energies of Eros are welcomed.

What does the in-person session look like?

You lie on a massage table (with as much or as little clothing as you wish - I always keep my clothes on), you receive my touch and practice asking for what you want, we breathe some together, and exchange loving, intimate energy.

I am in a place where I am working on old trauma, and the session really allowed me to dig into some of that work in a safe space with someone that I felt very safe with. That alone is a priceless experience. The breathwork was probably what I enjoyed the most.

Much of my sexuality has been focused on competitive perfection of technique. To make “her” feel great, to be worthy of the trade she has made by opening her legs and her heart. A fear - am I strong enough to fill her up? Will she open fully and not feel disappointment in her choice of me? This was all gone in those therapeutic moments with Sheri.

Breathwork

The consciously directed breath is a tool that benefits the Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Breathwork

If you would like an intimate and sensual experience with an intriguing and beautiful woman, I highly recommend Sheri’s breath therapy. The work itself is unique. It’s kind of like a massage but more interactive and relational. The degree to which she pours herself into her work is unique and impressive.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful technique that opens the body and mind to new possibilities for existing in the world. Early in our lives we learn to control our emotional releases by tensing the muscles and restricting the breath. If this happens repeatedly, we develop chronic muscular tension and emotional blocks. Although we are often unaware of these patterns, we do notice that something is amiss. We may feel depressed, anxious or confused. We may feel unfulfilled or dissatisfied in our relationships or with our work.

By learning to open the body to a full wave of breath, we begin to bring the breath back into the parts of the body that have been closed. This begins the process of releasing old physical and emotional patterns, creating more space for the free and joyful expression of ourselves.

What does a session look like?

A breathwork experience actually involves 3 sessions: a 15 to 30-minute phone call to assess intentions and prepare for the in-person session, the in-person session (90-minutes), and a 15 to 30-minute phone call 1 or 2 days after the in-person session for the purpose of integration. The in-person session begins with approximately 15 minutes of verbal check-in and reviewing the intentions discussed during the prep phone call. Then you lie on a mat for approximately an hour of guided, conscious breathing. There are 3 main components that accompany the directed breath: music, touch, and sounding. During the activation stage, the music is more rhythmic; you follow my instructions to open the body to receiving more breath, more oxygen. During the integration stage, the music is softer, as you are guided into a relaxed state. There is approximately 15 minutes to share after the completion of the conscious breathing.
